Cancellation and Payment Policy:
If you must cancel your individual reservation, please notify us, by telephone, at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.
There will only be a $25.00 cancellation charge. If cancellation is made within 30 days of your arrival date, an amount equal to one night's rate including tax will be charged as a cancellation fee. Please call for group reservation information and cancellation policy. Full payment will be collected at the time of check-in. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, traveler's checks and cash are accepted. We do not accept checks. Once you have checked-in, you are responsible for the nights that you have reserved.
Check-In Procedure:
The registration office is located in the Clubhouse and Conference Center, which is located just inside of our main entrance. If you arrive after the office is closed, follow the instructions on the house phone beside the front door. Check-in is after 3:30 PM on arrival date and check-out is by 10:30AM on departure date.
Guest Services:
When we send your reservation confirmation, we will include an area map and show ticket information which you can use to order theater
tickets. If you would like fishing guide service for bass (Table Rock Lake), rainbow and brown trout (Lake Taneycomo), let us know as soon as possible so that we may help you to make arrangements to suit your needs and level of experience. Reservations for rental of boat slips and all types of watercraft may be made at nearby Indian Point Marina, 1-866-218-0417. If you would like to play golf while in Branson we can send you information about the beautiful area courses. We also have 2 day discounted tickets for Silver Dollar City and White Water (in season) available for sale at our front desk and many other shows and attractions available for sale at our front desk.
